Supporting Community in Montrose: LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce

At Traveler’s Table and Traveler’s Cart, hospitality is about creating spaces where people feel welcome, connected, and at home. That’s one of the reasons we’re proud members of the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

Located in the heart of Montrose - one of Houston’s most diverse and vibrant neighborhoods, our restaurants are shaped by the community around us. Montrose has long been a hub for creativity, culture, and inclusivity, and we’re grateful to be part of that fabric.

Joining the Chamber was a natural extension of our values. It allows us to support LGBTQ+ businesses, build meaningful relationships, and stay engaged with the Houston community in a more intentional way.

In April, we were honored to host the Chamber’s Third Thursday Lunch at Traveler’s Cart. The event brought together local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for an afternoon of connection and conversation - something we believe great restaurants are meant to foster.
